New Clients

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin your appointment on time and ensure you receive the best possible service.

Bookings

All appointments must be confirmed to secure your booking. A reminder will be sent via text or email—please ensure you respond to confirm or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. For semi-permanent brows or lip blush treatments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee, which must be paid before any future bookings can be made. If you cancel a semi-permanent brows or lip blush appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Clients who cancel appointments regularly may be required to pre-pay for future bookings. If you reschedule an appointment multiple times, a 100% cancellation fee may apply at our discretion.

Parking

Metered street parking is available on Bay Street and nearby streets. Additional parking is available at:

• Wilson Parking – 33 Cross St

• The Cosmopolitan Centre – 1 Short St

• Woolworths Double Bay – Kiora Rd & Kiora Lane

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking, as we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

Children Policy

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, children are not permitted to attend appointments.

Pet Policy

In consideration of all clients, pets are not allowed in the salon. Registered service animals are, of course, welcome
